Orders & Returns Policy

     At Omrudraksha Web Stores, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

     You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less Shipping charge). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card or Paypal, once we receive the product we will credit your account.

How to return or exchange an item:

Please send us an email at omrudrakshashri@gmail.com before initiating the return. We recommend you to send via a reliable courier or Speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.

How do I place an Order?

You can place your order in a very simple manner first go to the product which you want to buy add it to cart and proceed the checkout.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you placed an order and you want to cancel the order you can simply get in touch with our communication team they will guide you further.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Its not necessary to have an account to place an order but we recommend to join us as an account member so that you can stay updated for our membership discount.

You don’t have to worry about your product we are here to take care of it on behalf of you. You can communicate with us for further assistance.

How Can I Return a Product?

We have established a strong foothold in Rudraksha market. We put our utmost commitment, devotion, sincerity and care into forefront whenever it comes down to catering to the needs of our customers.

Prior to the delivery of the ordered products, we seriously scrutinize and evaluate the state of the products like their shape, size, texture, defects and so on.
We take every minor detail into account for ensuring that our products are of premium quality so that we maintain customer satisfaction thereby no question comes for refund or exchange to avoid unnecessary trouble in our relationship with customer and expenses of courier.

In case the customer is not satisfied with the quality / authenticity of the products purchased by him/her or if the products is damaged during shipping , we will give a refund  or exchange according to the clients choices if the following criteria will be met :-

  • Before return or exchange let us know in details with reason why you would like to do this.
  • The purchased product should be returned to us within 1 weeks from the date of receipt of courier by customers, at his/her own expense via courier services like DHL, Fed Ex or UPS.
  • After one week from the date of receipt of the items by customer if they want to return for refund we will not accept, so before ordering keep this point in mind.
  • Any free gifts given along with the purchased product should also have to be returned.
  • In case for the refund “The Shipping Charges + 35% Of Product Charge” will not be refunded.
  • The refund amount = (Total amount – shipping charge paid + 35% of product charge).
  • We Have no control on charges charged by your respective country.
